Showa 'A' Kit GP Series suspension

£7,195.00

CRF 250/ CRF 450

Showa 'A' Kit GP Series suspension has been developed using the suspension technology proven and fed back from OEM factory teams in AMA Supercross & Motocross Championships, and FIM Motocross World Championship (MXGP).

It features Showa's cutting-edge technologies, Dimplush (1)

Emerald Coating (2) and Kashima Coating. Such technology is continuously fed back into the design of this suspension for motocross riders at all levels.

(1) Dimplush is Showa's unique micro-geometric patterned surface on the inside of the upper aluminium tubes to improve the lubrication of sliding surfaces. (2) Emerald Coating is

Show's unique thin-coating technology on the steel lower tubes.

Surfaces are polished by a special process to achieve reduced friction and treated with a multilayer Ti-based coating in emerald (Blue) colour, which is superior in hardness and wear resistance for a long-lasting performance.

Motocross riders rely heavily on their suspension performance.

They require quick response on all types of terrain, and toughness when hitting obstacle's and landing from jumps. Basic performance of the suspension is improved by designing products with good damping characteristics, and reducing operational frictions, to be able to handle all terrain conditions.

The Front forks use large 49mm inner tubes. The steel inner tubes are coated with Show's original Emerald Coating. The internal surfaces of the aluminium outer tubes are processed with Dimplush, then Kashima coated for improved operational performance.
